Movie Reviews : Par Excellence!
Hello Friends & Neighbors !
Certainly there are radio personalities and artists on the street, but are there also other bloggers?
No fear, I am not alone. (duh)
Grace Noble's blog, Clamzilla’s Fabulous Adventures in the Dark , is the place to go to read about movies at our closest theater, Essex Outlet Cinema. Sadly, Grace is no longer reading movie reviews for the Colchester Sun and Essex Reporter. Read more about what you can do to express your outrage at such a needless capricious act of blatant disregard for the local voices that differentiates this class of newspaper from normally delivered birdcage lining material.

No worries, Neighbors...I haven't given up on this blog. I just do not have anything interesting to say.
However...despite famous radio personalities living on the street, we also have the privilege and honor of the noted Colchester Sun movie critic as a neighbor.

Dalton Drive Residents on local Radio?
You heard it right. I know that there are at least two Dalton Drive residents that have hosted radio programs on the Saint Michael's College radio station, WWPV 88.7 FM. If you haven't had a chance, you should listen. If you are tired of commerical radio, you should try college radio. There are some very good shows. WWPV's jazz shows on Tuesday & Wednesday from 5pm-8pm are very good and professional. "The Folk Show" on Thursday, 5pm-8pm, has a near 25 year history at our local college station. Of course, we all know the famous Dalton Drive residents, Jim & Ginny Condon, are noted professional radio personalities.
What about "The Mailboxes" ?
When are going to start talking about the new cluster mailboxes that the post office insists that we install? This would be an excellent time to start talking about it.
2004 Annual Meeting, Nov. 18th, 6:30pm!
The annual meeting is Thursday, November 18 from 6:30 to 8:30 PM at the Vermont Youth Orchestra Building in the Fort.
